The SONDR Process

Our process is unique for every individual, but typically follows these
3 simple steps.

Step 1

Our initial conversations with you never have any expectations. We will just get to know you, your aspirations and career goals, and look at ways we can help; be that coaching you in your current role or looking at a change.

Step 2

We’ll identify what it is you need, and how you can get it. This might mean coaching you on having difficult conversations in your current role, or looking for a new one entirely.

When you’ve exhausted internal conversations but nothing has changed for you, we’ll change tact to develop a brief that will allow us to map out the market and identify every business that matches your requirements.

Step 3

We’ll continue to build on our relationship with you over the course of your career, agreeing to intermittent catch-up calls within a reasonable timeframe.

You can then rely on us as your sounding board for any career related solutions.

What is SONDR?
